This website is managed by Kids Care International Hospital (KCIH), Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi. We publish health guides to help parents and families understand common childhood conditions and the care available at KCIH.
Our health guides are written by the KCIH team, which includes our doctors. We write in simple language for parents and choose topics based on the questions families ask us.
Every guide is reviewed by the KCIH team before it is published. We check that the information is clear, accurate and suitable for families in Pakistan. You can meet our doctors on our Doctors page.
We prepare our guides using recognised medical sources, such as international clinical guidelines and trusted health organisations. We are working on adding source lists to our guides.
We may use AI tools to help plan topics, organise background information or improve wording. AI does not decide medical facts. Every guide is checked by our team before publication, and we never use AI to invent references, patient stories or results.
Our guides do not give medicine doses or brand names, and they do not promise a particular result. Treatment decisions need a doctor who has examined your child.
We review and update our guides when medical guidance changes or when an error is reported.
